"ok" button in word 2000

When I type the date in a word 2000 document an "OK" button comes up. I hit ok and it goes away. Any idea on what is causing the ok prompt to pop up?

Seems to be a bug in the early autocomplete features. It shoulda finished the date out for you. Or maybe it is asking if you want to use that date format. Either way it has been broken. Don't sweat it unless it annoys you to much.
