unhandled exception

hi, during scanning the xp cd files after copied ,it got an error said that "unhandled exveption has occurred in your application. the process cannot access the file d;\temp\usbport.sys because it is being used by another process. i tried to do once and it works but i cancelled it , now that i am ready it got error. please help. thanks
