File import cancelled

When importing a file into frontpage the file imported was wrong file extension (a my doc file)with word doc, excel and pictures. The file was cancelled during the import process. All docs etc were gone from the file and could not be found. Is there a way to get this file back?

Anyone who can help with this it would be appreciated.
