tigetek Posted April 20, 2007 Posted April 20, 2007 I have a version of Office 2003 which came on my old computer, (dell), and i have replaced that computer with a newer version, loaded xp and 2003 no problems, but when i updated the programs, xp updated with no problem but office 2003 now gives me a page stating that my office 2003 is not genuine and refuses to allow me to update it. Why would it go from being validated without problem on the old computer but refuses to validate on the new one?Any suggestions except to go and buy a new office and if i do what is to keep it from not validating down the road like this one has?thanks
