outlook not synchronizing with Blackberry as Contacts and Calendar are

Does anyone know how to store shared calendars and contacts locally, in an 'offline mode' that will continuously gather updates though?

I've tried but in the synchronisatios tab within properties, the filter option is greyed out,

HELP!

my Blackberry is not updated at all and it's due to this problem,

any help would be much appreciated!
