How do i disable all junk vista gives so i can install/run apps easily? i am getting irritated by running a installer for few minutes only to know that it had failed becos i nv turn on or off UAC or "run as admin".

The easiest way to do what you are requesting is to read through the "Vista Tips & Tweaks" on this forum. Also a very good source is the internet itself. A "Google" search will turn up answers for you.

Trying to turn your "irritation" time into "learning" time may just produce the answers you require.

Easiest way is to run msconfig and look on the Tools tab for 'Disable UAC'.
