Sorry for the preview I've fixed it now, it seems that I don't know a good image host service

Anyway I was depending on the preview for the explanation, well it's fixed now

I think you should have extracted the files to %programfiles%\lanman or %windir%\system32 rather than "\program files\".

I don't know why 400kb applications are used for these operations.

I have a shortcut to my control panel (1kb .lnk file) named "cp" in my system32, so I start->run, cp to go to control panel.

For shutdown, I have a shortcut named sdown in system32 targetted to "%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -s -t 00".

Likewise, rboot, targetted to "%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -r -t 00".
