Hey all,

I have a couple of questions:

1. I recently upgraded to Vista, and have noticed that Outlook 2003 does not want for me to check my POP3 email account manually? When I go through the account setup I do not check the "Remember password" and then check and use account settings I get an error message saying that it could not logion onto my SMTP server(NOTE: I have the advanced box checked that states "my outgoing server requires authentication", the bubble right under it "use same settings as my incoming server" )This only happens in Vista, when I reformat XP I do not have this problem( I have also reinstalled and repaird the installation and no luck).

2. Every so often when I install Office and setup my email account, Outlook automatically Sends/Receives my email once I open up.(this problem also occurs between XP and Vista no reinstall or repair will solve it not until I reformat)

ANY IDEAS?

THANKS TO THOSE WHOM RESPOND?
