GhostCast Server, Error 19913

I have a Computer that it is with the Norton GhostCast Server installed, however the same does not attribute IP for the customers, the message shows following number 19913

Configuration of the Server:

Windows XP Pro SP2

2 Adapters of Network

VGA 32MB

512MB RAM

CPU 1.2GHz Sempron 2100+

I haven't used Ghost in forever, but it looks like you aren't alone in your problems:

It will be that I need a server DHCP or the proper GhostCast is one? remembering that it is work group

Honestly, I do not know. I'm assuming you have a working DHCP server in your environment - most of the issues I read about were boot disk issues, so I'd start there assuming your DHCP server is working properly for you.
