i've installed the following updates:

kernel update by xeno

unofficial win98 se service pack 2

microsoft layer for unicode on win98/me . . .

but the compatibility mode & kernelxp.dll patching still won't work!!!

this is not a problem compatibility mode & kernelxp.dll patching

were part of rp3.6 and rp4, the remnents still exist in rp7

besides the compatibility mode & kernelxp.dll patching

caused massive problems and was never included in

rplite 3 when tihiy restarted the revolutions pack project

so anyway around it? because i also experience the same problem

you might be able to take some files from rp3.6 or rp4 but then it is no longer comatible with kup and rp7 wasnt designed for kernel patching i dont think

you should ask tihiy about that or wait for the next version of kup
