Word 2003 Shortcuts

Hello,

I would like to ask a question about Word 2003 before I go nuts.

Yesterday I was editing a document and I used F4 to repeat a paste (used by Excel)

Since then the usual keyboard shortcuts like CTRL+C CTRL+V no longer work

and SHIFT+BACKspace work as if I use Wordperfect. I have digged in the options and found no way to reset them

I even tried to repair my installation with no change. I also tried to customize the keyboard shortcuts and the reset them but it returns to the SHIFT+something ones. This only happens in Word. Excel works fine.

Any help?
