Vista Does not fully install

I am having problems installing Vista, it wont go past "Completing Installation" The Bar hasn't moved in the last 45 mins.

My system setup:

Pentium D 805 @3.6Ghz

2Gb of DDR2 DDR2 Dual channel

ASUS P5NE-sli

7600 GT ko

250GB Sata 2 set to 3gb/s (Jumper removed)

LG DVD-RW

I should have more than enough power to install Vista why isn't it completing the installation?

Probably a bad overclock or overheating.
