Problems with 1st windows screen & Adding User

Hello

How i can disable this screen?

An other problem Adding User, i tried with this:

net user LoRdLeN XXX /add
net localgroup Administrators LoRdLeN /add
net accounts /maxpwage:unlimited
REGEDIT /S autologon.reg
EXIT

but it does work in cmdlines, or in SetupParams. It gives me a system error 1317 Im not sure. (im not in my computer right now) in line "net localgroup Administrators John /add" says that the account doesn't exist, but the first line worked correctly. I tried with all letters upper case but it didn't work too..

So i tried with oobeinfo.ini, it does work, just appears the specialaccount "Administrator"

How i can install Complex Script and Japanes languages?

I tried with

LanguageGroup = 1

but how i can install both?

I had read ref.chm, it says something about LanguageGroup = Language_Group_ID[, Language_Group_ID[...]] (not really sure). but gives me an error reading winnt.sif, what is wrong? (LanguageGroup = 7[, 11])
