How to change Regional and Language Options via registry

Hi,

I'm using XP Pro SP2 MUI with all languages installed.

What I need to do is write batch file that will change the registry settings to a particular language (if I want the default language to german instead of english for example)

I've found the settings for everything except "language used in menus and diaglogs".

Any idea where I can find this?
