Replace Office 2003 icons with Office 2007 icons

How can we replace the Office 2003 icons with Office 2007s'?

Download fileformatconverter.exe from MS. It will allow you to open and save as XML format. Your docx will have the new icon and doc will have old icon. Even in 2007, doc has old icon and docx has the new icon.
