Msn Messenger Problem On Win2k Server

Hi Everybody,

I am a Junior Network Engineer and there is a problem we are facing related to MSN Messenger.

We are using RRAS of windows 2000. We have made input filters for TCP/IP connections. To allow only MSN, we allow port 1836. But now as Microsoft has shutdown their lower versions, and we cannot use MSN 4.6 Now when we installed

MSN 6.0 its not connecting on that port i.e. 1836. What is the porblem?

Should I use some other port for MSN 6.0. Keep in mind im using RRAS and

only want to allow users for MSN. not all ports or TCP/IP requests.
