Speech commands for IE

Hi, I would like to ask you, if you know any speech commands for Internet explorer.

So far I use keyboard shortcuts, but I'd like to use a more direct approach. Thank you.

I'd be interested to know, how to put the focus on the page to be able to scroll down, etc.
