Administrative updates

I dont see a like on the client pages where you can click to get the admin updates for Office 2003. And just to be clear the updates that have "fullfile" in the name ARE NOT the admin updates (or are they)? I have slipstreamed the "fullfile" updates and later went to office updates and been shown the updates I needed but they were grayed out and the message "You need the administrative version of this update due to previously applied administrative updates", so I guess a further question is...after you have installed one administrative update, can you never again install from Office updates? Any insight appriciated, even if it is just pointing me to a forum thread I missed.
