Creating a new cross-reference source

Hi:

I had to zap my Normal.dot file to get Word to start correctly. In the process I lost one of my cross-reference Reference Types. I've had a "Map" source, along with Figure, Tables, Numbered Items etc. Map is now gone though,of course, the maps are still there and linked correctly. How to I create a new Map heading in that list?

I'm running XP and Word 2000.
