Another Vista Problem [Exec.exe]

After downloading the lovely AIM Messenger I kept getting this pop up for Exec.exe to open. It says its a virus but I say its from AIM because I uninstalled it now and I dont get a pop up for it. anyone know whats going on?

It appears to be in the temp internet files. I cleaned that out lets see what happens =)
