Add route as non admin

Im trying to add a route to our network i.e.

route add <ip add> mask <subnet> <ip add> /p

this works as an admin but fails as a standard user (due to them being non admins) so how can i overcome this as i dont really want to make them into admins?

never mind i added that script to the PC logon starup script.
