New to this site, but hope you can help.

I have a batch of emails that have been produced as online forms. The user completes the form on the website, presses send and it is emailed to my account.

The data is all held in the body of the email.

Is it possible to export this data to either excel or access and have the data split down into headings and entered into different cells.

For example, I receive the following:

Email body:

The following information has been submitted:

Subject: abcdef

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Name of applicant: abcdef

Position: heal

Name of workplace: abc

Type of business: abc

Address:etc

Postcode:

Telephone number:

Email address:

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Please indicate what support you require from our services:

c

How can I split the text into parts and have seperate cell lists for name, address, postcode etc.?
