Error's fresh install Slipstreamd 98SE sp 2.1a

Featured Replies

First i want to say that the service pack for win98se rocks!

I only got one problem. I'm building a unattended install of win98se. I saw that it is possible to put the sp files into the win98 installation (slipstreaming). When i'm installing windows i got al kind of weird error's at the end of the installation (7 minutes before the end).

Windows update:
An error occurred loading "c:\windows\system\wshext.dll" the file may not have been installed or it has been corrupted

A got the same error's with the dll's initpki.dll and cryptdlg.dll

 Java package manager:
Unable to install java packages from c:\windows\java\classes\xmldso4.cab
Unknow Hresult: (800b010bh)

Got the same error's with dajava.cab iejava.cab.

 Error starting program:
A requid .dll file, msasn1.dll, was not found

 rundll:
Error loading devmgr32.dll one of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found

The funny thing is when i dont use msbatch.inf i dont get the error's with the installation.

Anyone a idea what the problem could be?
