Outlook 03 Email configuration & Network problem?

Really need some help please!!!!

I have a friends PC connected to mine via a network. I have a broadband connection wit DoDo which the friend shares via the network.

Now here’s the issue … the friend’s mail is with Hotkey. When he sends and receives email via the connection he receives his Hotkey mail perfectly, however he can’t send email???

The configuration I have for him is pop.hotkey and smtp.hotkey in his outlook set up.
