Items in sendto folder don't show up in sendto context menu

I have several shortcuts created in the "send to" folder, but they do not show up in the sendto context menu.

Shortcuts created in the %userprofile%\sendto are,

"Compressed (zipped) Folder"

"Desktop (create shortcut)"

"Mail Recipient"

"My Documents"

"Skype.lnk"

"UPX.lnk"

"CabTool.lnk"

But the last three items don't show up in the sendto context, that's so weird. Anyone has the same problem? how to fix it?

Nevermind, it's Fixed. It's all because the shortcut drophandler registry value has been changed by xmlspy(an xml editor), when i restore it to the default "{00021401-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}", problem seems gone.
