Object Variable or with block variable not set

Hi all,

I tried to open my MS WORD 2000 this morning but I get a windows message says "Object Variable or with block variable not set" and I have OK or help option .. if I click on Help it will open microsoft help and if I click on OK it opens the document but I don't have any file menue or anything at the top and I can not save or print the document. I'm sure my file menue is set to view but I don't know why should I get this error when I open or close MS Word... my excell and other office apps are fine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled office but I still getting the same error.
