Printing Problem

OK here is my problem in a nut shell. I have an image I am creating for a Toshiba Tablet. The image part is fine I have done everything I want to the image but the problem is once the tablets are imaged then sent to the end users in different states the printers and cameras will need to be installed. I want to be able to give a group that I created Called "tabletuser" rights to install printers. So anyone in that group will have rights to install printers and devices

The computer will not be on a domain and no I will not give the user admin rights. And yes Power user dose not work as well because I have tried.

Things to know! I have tried a lot of different things. I have added the Printer drives to Server properties. The printer that will be used is Hp1320 or HP1300 both hooked up as a USB. So no I can’t just install one printer and have it work for all the rest cause for some reason each Printer has its own unique ID when you plug it into the USB port.

Pretty much I am looking for a way either with GPedit.msc or Security Configuration and Analysis to allow this one group the right to install printers and Devices with out giving them Power user or admin rights. If you find a 3rd party tool that will do the Job and is Freeware or very cheap I will like to look at it.

If you find a way please be specific don’t post "use gpedit."
