joey022461 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I seem to be having a problem with viewing the history of email messages in the BCM area. It is not calling up the sent, and received mail messages automatically like it does in the regular contacts file. Does this not work the same way?Do I have to manually link every email message to a BC account? or does it just take a long time to index the mails? I only have about 500 emails and most dont associate with BCM, but I would like to see them in the history area if it applies to a BC.
joey022461 Posted February 19, 2007 Author Posted February 19, 2007 Update: It seems that it is just not linking past mails, or only some past mails. If I choose a block of mail to link, the LINK TO RECORD option grays out. Why does it have to be done one at a time? And it does not seem to be picking up the SENT mails at all.
