ME blue screen problem

in win ME with NDIS.VXD selected/checked by using the utility it work well for about 20 min.but the screen becomes blue with some error ..... in .vxd and is called from ...... .vxd.

If the NDIS.VXD disabled/not selected/unchecked the system works well. no blue screen at all. But some times The Scan Disk starts automatically when the system left ON and Idle with no programs running.
