Install Microsoft Office 2000 Resource Kit Tools (Look here: http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2000ddl.htm)

Run the "Custom Installation wizard"

Follow the prompts

Wizard shows switch at end.

setup.exe TRANSFORMS=yourpathtomstfile\yourfile.MST /qn+

(I use " /qn /wait")

Make sure you provide path to your "setup.exe", if setup.exe not in root of your cd/dvd
