fist setup screen?

maybe stupid question,but

where is stored that first setup screen(with blue backround) what gives you options F6 and F2 and after that format options?

Just want to change backround and text to my own language there.

is that stored in setup.exe or somewhere else

Would like to know the same thing...

I dont like the "BLUE".. i want it to be green... the blue is associated witht the blue screen errors... and i dont like the color...
