Request Icon

Hey guys, I been trying to make this (Attachment) as a Icon, I can't do it, I would like to keep it the same size or if you need to make is smaller to be a Icon on a Windows XP desktop, thats ok too.

I would like to make the Logo black and the background white, so Basically switching colors.

Ya' know, I think you can just rename any old .bmp file to whatever.ico and make yourself an icon. Just for future reference
