Processing Undeliverable Mail

Heres the problem....

We are using a .NET program to send e-mails to our members (customised per member) from one of our mailboxes.

The e-mail is also bcc'd to the mailbox, so we have a copy of the e-mail.

I need a way of checking the undelivered mail to find out which e-mail address has not delivered, and then I need to flag the copy of the e-mail in the mailbox to show there was a problem.

Anybody know of a way of doing this automatically with Rules, so I don't have to go into each one myself and manually flag the e-mails?
