ssbuck1 Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 I had to reload a users system, set up her outlook with no problem. When I go to add an additional mailbox as soon as I click the add button I receive the error "The name could not be resolved. The action could not be completed" tried several fixes from MS documents but none of the fix it , Any suggestions?
