Office 2003 MODI

Essentially my company has went to Office 2007, which does not have the MS document scanning abilitys. You can still install it by going through the Office 2003 installer and chosing not to install any programs, but to install selected optional components, but I am wanting to avoid the full blown installer. Isnt there a cab file somewhere that that would have the .exe installer (or .msi) that would install just this componet? I have seen on MSDN somewhere "oh, you can just download MODI, if you need that for Office 2007" (backward compatibitly), but they never supplied a link to download it. Thoughts???
