You can extract it from this boot disk image from the Windows 98 Seven Years Later project .

i got the file from the image but am trying to do the 98se setup from http://flyakite.msfn.org/ but when i open it in hex workshop i cant find the values

Sorry I forgot, jetman used a utility to download the entire flykite's guide including downloads, the lot.

You'll will find findcd.exe in the downloads folder.
