Xp(home & pro) sp2 can't access nt4 by Netbeui

Hi everyone ,

Our company have a nt4.0 server with sp4 and because of security , nt server have Netbeui and tcp/ip with strange ip to communicate with particular computers .

Computers with 98 win2000 ,xp (home or pro) with sp1 can communicate with

this nt server by Netbeui but xp (home or pro) with sp2 can't . In neighborhood ,

Xp sp2 even can't find NT server by Netbeui . All client computer set ip in

192.168.1.xxx and Nt server with ip "140.x.x.x" .
