Restoring Outlook 2003 Data

Hi,

My windows XP crashed to a level it cannot be fixed without re-installation.

I wanted to know if there's a way to save the information from outlook 2003 if I hook my hard drive to another computer?

I have the last .pst file saved about a month ago & would hate to lose everything since then.
