How i can to do so that on boot-screen to put an image with high quality?

it's impossible to put high quality images into your boot screen. It's been a while since I've edited my boot screens, but I believe the best that can be done is a 640x480 image at 16 colors, though you can create a custom palette to make it look a little better. You could probably search the forums hear and find the directions for making the changes.
