Trouble with CDIMAGE.EXE

I am trying to create my XPSP2 cd. Following the guide it tells me to open up CDIMAGE.EXE and put some information in there. But when I try to open it up, the command prompt screen appears with a bunch of stuff in it, and then instantly disappears. How do I stop this so I can put the required information in there?
