Windows xp install BSOD setupdd.exe error

Getting a BSOD error where xp doesn't load and comes with an error saying it cannot find or load setupdd.exe, not even the setup, this copy worked for me but since adding 700+ drivers and 90+ hotfixes using nlite 1.2 I think something must've gone wrong.

Looked for setupdd.exe and couldn't find it but noticed that setupreg.hiv was modified about on 23rd Dec 06 which is probably when I integrated drivers and hotfixes. I'm beginning to thing it's nlite causing problems here.

What is the main reason for this error?
