Integrating 3rd Party Applications?

I am looking into integrating programs to be installed with my unattended disc but I am having difficulty finding the information I need. I looked at WPI because I thought it did what I wanted but the "manual" didn't help me at all.

Is there a way I can easily take like program setup files (like self installing exes or msis) and integrate them into my disc. So far the programs that I want to integrate are:

Firefox

Thunderbird

Trillian

**** NFO Viewer

eMule Plus

Azureus

and iTunes.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Automated tools would be best (if available; why do it the hard way when there's a simple one, ya know?) but I am comfortable working with computers enough that I can manually do it as well.

I believe nLite can do all of what you are looking for. Have a look on the nLite section of the boards, this has been discussed many times there.
