Inactive Transparent Windows

I've been trying to work out if theres a way to make JUST my inactive windows transparent.

I dont wanna use some othe program as they just waste resources, I have looked at my NVIDIA control panel but couldnt work out if it was possible. I know you can get transparent windows wen dragging, but not anything else.

Anyone know how I can do this? (if at all)

I just wanna have the INACTIVE windows transparent, not the taskbar, or active window etc.
