minimum i386 folder structure

greetings to one and all just want to no if anyone can answer my two points or point me in the right direction. first i would like to know what are the required folders i need within the i386 folder. i ask this because i have been trying to create a customised window 2000 server bootable cd without success everytime it gets to the textmode setup it states that the eula cannot be found. i have searched the source disk for the file containing the text but i have been unsuccessful. any help would be appreciated. my second point is if i use a windows 2003 server as a workstation what services can i safely disable to optimise my system.
