How to create a file shorcut to my computer's right click menu?

I would like to create a shortcut to this file:

"C:\Images\Registry.reg\"

It is associated with Notepad++ not with MS Notepad:

"C:\Program Files\Notepad++\Notepad++.exe"

I was able to run exe aplications, but I need to run this one.

If you know, how to do it, please write it down. Thanks.

Do you mean something like this?

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\reg]
@="Registry.reg"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\reg\command]
@="\"C:\\Program Files\\Notepad++\\Notepad++.exe\" \"C:\\Images\\Registry.reg\""
