purewarrior Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 i set up a rule to move emails from a certain email address into a folder... it does move a "copy" into the folder but also leaves one in my inbox?? why? does anyone know how to move that email upon receipt into a folder without leaving a copy in my inbox??how about doing the same to outgoing emails that are addressed to a certain email address??thanks
3duser Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 You probably have already tried this, but have you recreated the rule.Delete it, restart Outlook (may be needed) and then recreate the rule.
