regeistry tweak "set wallpaper to strech"

Alright i want a registry tweak that forces all wallpaper to automatically stretch rather than center. There is a key

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

"WallpaperStyle"

that allows you to change the format of the current wallpaper but i want this to apply to all wallpapers from current to furture ones applied. I just baught a wide screen monitor and i always have to change the wallpaper to stretch to fit the screens width
