Lost my 'Attach...' button on aoutlook 2003 SP2

Hi all,

My Attach button disappeared from the header of a new message. It is very disturbing since the attachments are attached in the body message, wherever the cursor is in, instead of in the header.

I can get the button by forwading a message with attachment and deleting the content, but it is a hassle.
