Compressing EXE and DLL files?

I am trying to find a way to compress EXE and DLL files. Something like UPX, but works on dotnet files. I know I've seen a couple of threads on something else like this, but I couldn't find anything using the search function in 3 hours.

Currently my dotnet v2.0 plugin for WinPE 2.0 is sitting at 203 mb. If I can compress the files down, it should be around 35mb or so.
