Nlite + Selection Of Partition For Windows Install

I want to create a windows 2003 R2 unattended installation dvd and need to install windows to the "E:" partition (the D: has windows xp and in the C: is the bootloader). Can anyone help me how to do this with nlite?

WinPE or BartPE are the way to go - the Windows installer doesn't contain this functionality natively.
